When she's not leading MST, Jennifer can be found volunteering with local nonprofits or soaking up the outdoors with her son, Max.

Peter F. Pike

Director of Finance

Peter is a Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of experience across finance, tax, treasury, financial systems, and project management. Throughout his career, he has built a proven track record of driving profitability and business value through strategic insight and data-informed decision-making. Known for his analytical mindset and proactive approach, Peter is committed to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and fostering a high-performance culture at Market Street Talent.

What He Does

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Develops budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial strategies to help MST reach its goals.
• Financial Reporting: Prepares accurate financial statements and reporting for executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Risk & Compliance Management: Identifies financial risks, maintains regulatory compliance, and implements robust internal controls.
• Team Leadership: Leads and mentors the finance team, ensuring clear delegation and professional development.
• Cost Control & Efficiency: Monitors and analyzes expenses to improve profitability and drive smarter operations.
• Strategic Decision Support: Provides financial insights to guide significant business decisions, including investments and growth initiatives.
• Cash Flow Management: Oversees cash flow to ensure financial stability and continuity across the organization.

Outside the Office

When not immersed in financial strategy, Peter enjoys spending time outdoors—gardening and doing yard work in the summer and skiing in the winter. He especially values time spent with his wife and two daughters whenever possible.

Elizabeth Biddle

Human Resources Coordinator

Liz brings over 18 years of administrative and office management experience to her role at Market Street Talent. With a background in wealth management and a degree in Communications from the University of New Hampshire, Liz blends professionalism with a warm, approachable style. She is an NH Notary Public and a Certified Administrative Professional, holding a specialty certificate in Organizational Management. Liz is always looking for ways to enhance onboarding and improve the overall candidate experience—she's just an email or phone call away for support on assignments, timekeeping, benefits, and more.

What She Does

• HR & Benefits Administration: Manages key HR processes, including benefits, hiring support, reporting, and recordkeeping.
• Employee & Vendor Support: Serves as a go-to resource for new hires, internal team members, and external partners.
• Payroll & AP Assistance: Supports payroll processing and accounts payable in coordination with the finance team.

Outside the Office

In her spare time, Liz loves exploring nature and spotting wildlife on her family's historic farmstead and conservation land. She's also an avid aquarist and shares her love of animals with her toddler.

Megan Struthers

Senior Account Executive

As a seasoned Senior Account Executive, Megan brings a thoughtful, relationship-first approach to business development. She specializes in the full lifecycle of client engagement—connecting with prospective partners, identifying tailored solutions, and translating trusted relationships into actionable job requirements. Megan is passionate about aligning client goals with top technical and digital marketing talent, ensuring every placement is a perfect fit.

• Client Relationship Management: Serves as a dedicated account manager for existing clients, assisting with technical and digital marketing roles.
• Team & Candidate Liaison: Translates client needs to the recruiting team and facilitates clear communication between clients and candidates.
• Business Development: Actively builds relationships with mission-aligned companies to expand MST's reach and impact.

Outside the Office

When she's not supporting clients, Megan enjoys crocheting, relaxing at her family's lake house in Maine, diving into a good book, and staying active with her husband, son, and three beloved fur babies.

Kelsey Nicklas

Director of Recruiting

Kelsey is a passionate and strategic recruiting leader with a strong track record of growth at Market Street Talent. Since joining the team in January 2017, she has earned three promotions, working her way from top-performing recruiter to Director of Recruiting. Kelsey is known for her ability to foster lasting candidate relationships, empower her team, and drive recruiting success through collaboration, mentorship, and performance-focused development. She is deeply grateful for her MST family and their support throughout her career journey.

What She Does

• Team Leadership & Development: Builds, mentors, and manages MST’s technical recruiting team to achieve individual and collective success.
• Recruiting Strategy: Develops and implements strategic hiring plans that align with client needs and market trends.

Kelsey dreams of retiring on a ranch out west, surrounded by horses and wide-open skies. Until then, she’s all in on building strong teams, meaningful careers, and lasting connections at MST.

Kaitlyn Brown

Senior Technical Recruiter

Kaitlyn is a Senior Technical Recruiter here at MST and has been with the team for over six years. She got into recruiting right after graduating with a Marketing degree from Plymouth State and hasn't looked back since. With a focus on IT and Marketing roles, Kaitlyn loves the fast pace, the constant learning, and—most of all—helping people land the right role and watching it all come together for both the candidate and client.

What She Does

• Works closely with candidates to find roles that align with their goals
• Supports them through the hiring process with clear, honest communication
• Builds strong, lasting relationships with talent
• Stays curious—always learning something new about the industries she recruits for
• Supports MST's mission to foster long-term partnerships by placing the right people in the right roles

Outside the Office

Outside of work, Kaitlyn's either at the beach (preferably with a good book), snowboarding in the winter, or spending time with her cat, Winnie, and her new puppy, Bruce (who's still figuring things out—but very cute).

Margaret Cole

Technical Recruiter

Margaret is a dynamic IT recruiter with five years of experience connecting top-tier talent with forward-thinking companies. Known for her bubbly personality and genuine passion for building relationships, she thrives on creating opportunities that drive careers and businesses forward. With a keen eye for spotting potential and a deep understanding of the tech industry, Margaret makes the hiring process seamless, engaging, and—most importantly—successful.

Zack (the dog)

Team Motivator

Zack is a purebred Shih Tzu with a decade of experience in spreading joy and snuggles. Known around the office for his enthusiastic greetings and endless affection, Zack brings warmth, comfort, and a whole lot of tail wags to the team. His sweet personality and lap-loving nature make him a favorite coworker at Market Street Talent.

What He Does

• Warm Welcomes: Greets every team member and visitor with excitement and lots of licks.
• Emotional Support: Provides top-tier snuggles and brings calm, comfort, and unconditional love.
• Office Mascot Duties: Boosts morale with his gentle demeanor and undeniable charm.

When he’s off duty, Zack enjoys long car rides, barking at neighborhood cats, and keeping watch from the window.

Marie Repucci

Marketing Consultant

For years, Marie served as Market Street Talent’s Senior Account and Marketing Manager, where she strengthened client partnerships, elevated brand visibility, and drove new business opportunities.

Building on that foundation, Marie launched her own marketing business, where she partners with organizations to define, differentiate, and promote their brands. She continues to stay closely connected to MST as a consultant, supporting marketing initiatives that amplify the company’s presence and mission.
