Your responsibilities will include:
- Full-cycle business development focused on engaging with prospective clients, identifying solutions, and translating positive relationships into reqs
- Qualifying each client req, communicating the details to our Technical Recruiting team, and obtaining appropriate feedback from clients in order to make quality placements
- Understanding what sets Market Street Talent apart in the IT staffing space, and effectively communicating that business value in all professional outreach
You’ll be a good fit if you:
- Have 1-5 years of sales experience with an emphasis on building strong client relationships, maintaining and expanding your network, and driving business development
- Have a background in technical sales, or are technically inclined (staffing experience is a plus)
- Are able to communicate and collaborate with team members across all departments
- Are always working for the benefit of your clients and candidates
