As part of our “Get to Know Market Street Talent” series, we wanted to do a “recap” introduction of a few of Market Street Talent’s team members that you may already know! This week, we’re checking in with Tori Browall (HR Coordinator), Kelsey Kane (Technical Recruiting Manager), and Jay Robichaud (Senior Technical Recruiter).
Tori Browall, HR Coordinator
What is your favorite thing about your career?
The nature of my role at MST (and HR in general) means I’m involved with all of our teams in one way or another. I like problem solving and helping everyone’s day run smoothly, whether that’s explaining benefits options to a new consultant, improving an internal process that’s slowing down workflow, or testing a new tool that could improve our efficiency.
What is your idea of a perfect day?
An early yoga class, coffee and breakfast (best meal of the day!), good weather and spending the day outside with friends and family.
What makes you laugh the most?
I’m a big Saturday Night Live fan! The current season is so good. I also love older sketches with the ‘90s cast – Dana Carvey, Adam Sandler, Chris Farley, David Spade, Chris Rock – and the 2000s seasons with Amy Poehler, Tina Fey, Maya Rudolph and Kristen Wiig.
Kelsey Kane, Technical Recruiting Manager 
What is your favorite thing about your career?
My favorite aspect of my role is helping people, both internally within my team, and externally when bridging the gap between candidates and our clients. Whether you help someone in a small way, like giving advice, or in a big way like assisting with a career change, it is a good feeling knowing you were able to offer the help needed.
What is your idea of a perfect day?
My idea of a perfect day is a day with little to no stress. Unfortunately, with the current landscape of our climate, stress free days are few and far between!
What makes you laugh the most?
I can always count on my sister for a good laugh, she seems to do it with ease every time I see her.

What is your idea of a perfect day?
3 submittals, 2 interview requests, and 1 offer closed on a really hard role.
What makes you laugh the most?
My children.
