My first job was at the Elks Lodge in Portsmouth helping with their catering and events. I got to work hundreds of weddings, birthday parties, and company gatherings. It was a great first job.
Tell us a little about yourself.
I grew up in Portsmouth, went to UNH, and now live in Dover! I love the seacoast area and how Boston and Portland, ME are only a short drive away. I enjoy helping others in any way I can and with recruiting, it’s always a great feeling when you’re able to successfully place someone at a new job they are excited for.
Where is your hometown?

I like to plan game nights with friends, take yoga classes, cook new recipes and see live music.

What is the most important thing you have learned in the last five years?
Everyone has their own timeline in life, and you must focus on achieving your own goals and not compare yourself to others.

I love Portsmouth Restaurant Week! Every time it comes around, I try to go to a restaurant I’ve never been to. Portsmouth has such great hidden gems.
Where do you see yourself in five years?
In 5 years, I hope to be established in a career that I love where I can continue to make a difference in people’s lives. I also hope that I can say I traveled more and bought a house, but as of right now I like to take things a day at a time.
