Katie has been part of the Market Street Talent team since June 2019, and from day one, she has brought her quiet strength and unstoppable drive to everything she does. She is the definition of determination. When she takes on a role, she will find the perfect fit—no matter how tricky the search. Her strength, consistency, and “never give up” mindset make her an absolute powerhouse on our team. She's not just a high performer; she's a natural leader, quietly paving the way and lifting others up as she goes.
Even on volunteer days, when the team is giving back to our community, Katie is right there—head down, working hard, never seeking credit, but always giving 110%. She may be quiet, but her presence is powerful. She leads with grace, strength, and a positive outlook that inspires everyone around her.
