Analgesic Solutions, a strategic ally for pharmaceutical companies conducting clinical pain trials, selected Market Street Talent to assist with its technical staffing needs. Market Street was given an exclusive contract to build out a new software development division at Analgesic.
When asked about this partnership, Jennifer Gray, CEO of Market Street Talent said, “This is an exciting opportunity for our company. They’re creating cutting-edge tools and solutions in pain management, that in turn, will impact the welfare of thousands fighting illness every day. We have been given the torch to help build their IT development team from the ground up.”
Market Street was first tasked to identify a CTO (Chief Technology Officer) with extensive software development and pharmaceutical experience, and promptly identified Arturo (Art) Morales. Mr. Morales just completed a similar endeavor with Beryllium, an emerging leader in the pharma segment. There he led the establishment of a software development team in a start-up environment. Prior to that, he was the Informatics Systems Co-Lead Global Program Manager at Novartis Institute of Biomedical Research. Art possesses a unique background that few possess on their resume, requiring an extensive network and dedication on behalf of any recruiting firm to identify such a specialized individual.
“Art is the perfect fit for Analgesic”, said Robert Newman, COO of Analgesic Solutions. “He brings clinical expertise, software acumen and demonstrated leadership to the table. Market Street Talent proved that they understood the skill set of the entire IT group, from the CTO role to junior developers.”
Now that the key hire is in place, Market Street will conduct exhaustive research to identify and secure a technical team comprised of senior developers, data architects, project managers, business analysts, information analysts, QA professionals and more.
